TravelConcern.pk is a Pakistan-based travel insurance platform. We help users request, compare, and buy travel insurance policies from insurance provider partners.

TravelConcern.pk is not the insurance company.

The actual policy, coverage, exclusions, claims, refunds, eligibility, and final decisions depend on the insurance provider’s policy wording and terms.

Our Role

TravelConcern.pk helps users with the online travel insurance request process.

This may include:

Collecting quote details
Showing available travel insurance options
Coordinating with insurance provider partners
Helping users submit information required for policy issuance
Confirming payment details where applicable
Sharing issued policy PDFs with customers
Providing general support or guidance

We do not underwrite insurance policies.

We do not guarantee policy approval, claim approval, refund approval, visa approval, or acceptance by any embassy, consulate, airline, airport, VFS center, or travel authority.

Because apparently one website cannot control every government counter on earth. Tragic, but true.

Insurance Provider Terms Apply

Every travel insurance policy is issued according to the insurance provider’s own terms, conditions, benefits, exclusions, limits, and claim process.

Before buying a policy, you should carefully read the provider’s:

Some providers may charge additional premiums for certain age groups.

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

Pre-existing medical conditions are generally not covered unless specifically stated in the provider’s policy wording.

This may include illness, injury, pregnancy-related complications, chronic conditions, previous diagnosis, ongoing treatment, or medical issues known before travel or before buying the policy.

Users should read the provider’s policy terms carefully before purchase.

Payments

TravelConcern.pk may currently accept manual payments through bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or similar methods.

Users may be asked to share payment screenshots, transaction IDs, sender names, or payment references for confirmation.

At this stage, some payments may be received under the account title “Muhammad Ali.”

Payment methods may change in the future if TravelConcern.pk adds merchant accounts, payment gateways, card payments, or other payment options.

A policy request may not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Policy Issuance

Policy PDFs may be issued online after required details and payment confirmation are received.

Issuance time may vary depending on:

Payment confirmation
Age or eligibility checks

TravelConcern.pk will try to process requests promptly, but we do not guarantee instant issuance in every case.

Claims

TravelConcern.pk may provide general guidance, but we do not approve, reject, process, or settle claims.

Some expenses may require prior approval from the provider or assistance company.

Refunds
