Travel calculators

Free, instant tools for planning a trip from Pakistan. No sign-up; the insurance tools use the same prices as our quote engine.

These calculators answer the numbers questions that come up when you plan a trip from Pakistan: what insurance will cost, how long the trip counts as, whether you still have Schengen days left, and what the whole trip will add up to. Nothing is estimated for you: the insurance tools read the live UIC and Crescent Star rate tables, and the budget tools multiply the figures you enter.

Which calculator do I need?

  • I want to know what travel insurance costs. Use the cost calculator; it prices every plan for your exact trip.
  • I travel more than once a year. The single vs annual calculator tells you whether one annual policy is cheaper than a policy per trip.
  • I want to see what each plan covers before I choose. The plan comparison lays out medical cover, validity, age limits and exclusions side by side.
  • I am not sure how many days my trip is. The duration calculator counts days and nights and shows which policy length you need.
  • I have been to Europe recently. Check the 90/180 calculator before you book another Schengen trip.
  • I need a budget. Pick the budget calculator that matches your trip: holiday, family, study abroad, Hajj & Umrah, or the general trip budget.

Schengen

The rolling 90-in-180 rule, applied day by day to your planned trip.

Trip budgets

You enter the costs; the calculator does the multiplying, the per-person and per-day splits, and adds a safety buffer. Each one is built around a different kind of trip.

Frequently asked questions

Are the insurance prices real?

Yes. The cost, comparison and single-vs-annual calculators call the same pricing engine that produces your quote on TravelConcern, using the rate tables imported from United Insurance (UIC) and Crescent Star. The price shown is TravelConcern’s price; the final premium is confirmed on the quote page.

Do I have to give my phone number or email?

No. All calculators work without any contact details. You only give them if you decide to buy a policy.

Where do the budget calculators get their prices?

From you. Flight, hotel, visa and tuition prices change too often for a calculator to guess them honestly, so you enter the real quotes and the calculator does the arithmetic. The one line we can price exactly is travel insurance, which links to the cost calculator.

Is anything saved?

Budget inputs and your past Schengen stays are remembered in your own browser so you can come back to them. Nothing is sent to TravelConcern until you ask for a quote.
