Travel checklists
Document lists and preparation lists you can tick off, filter to your situation, and print. Official requirements are separated from general advice.
Each checklist is built for travellers leaving from Pakistan. Visa lists start from the official rules (the EU Visa Code, GOV.UK, IRCC, Home Affairs and so on) and then add what consulates and visa centres in Pakistan commonly ask for on top. Those extras, and anything we could not confirm from an official source, carry a verify tag so you know to check them against the visa centre’s own list before you apply.
Choose the filters that match your situation, tick items as you gather them, and print the list or save it as a PDF. Your ticks stay in your browser.
Which checklist do I need?
- Applying for a Schengen visa. Start with the document checklist, then run your policy through the insurance checker before you submit it.
- Going abroad to study. The student visa checklist changes by destination and links each country-specific item to its official page.
- A holiday. The tourist checklist is ordered by time: months before, weeks before, the last days, the day you fly.
- Travelling with children. The family checklist covers documents for minors, consent letters and the kids’ health kit.
- Packing. The packing list adapts to city, beach, business, Umrah or study trips and to the weather.
Visa documents
Official requirements first, consulate practice second, each marked. Sources and the date we checked them are at the bottom of every list.
Trip preparation
Practical lists for getting ready: no visa law here, just the things people forget.
Frequently asked questions
What does the “verify” tag mean?
It marks an item that is not written into the visa law itself but is commonly requested by consulates or visa centres handling Pakistani applications (for example a NADRA Family Registration Certificate or tax returns), or an item whose exact rule we could not confirm from an official page. Treat it as “likely needed; check the official list for your application”.
Can I save or print a checklist?
Yes. Your ticks and filter choices are saved in this browser automatically. “Print / save as PDF” prints only the list, with ticked boxes shown, and your browser’s print dialog can save it as a PDF.
Are these lists the same as the visa centre’s list?
They follow the same official rules but they are not a substitute for the checklist published by the consulate or visa centre you apply through, which can add documents or change formats. Use ours to prepare, and reconcile it with theirs before your appointment.
